the staff were pleasant and informative from the start i could see the leaning tower from my room the attention to detail in the room exceeded my expectations. breakfast was great and the pool was perfect the location is fantastic and close to the leaning tower and duomo a supermarket is nearby. the train station to lucca or la spezia is a short walk away too

the hotel had very clean rooms. the beds were comfortable. i find the air conditioning worked very well i am grateful. the staff were friendly and helpful all across the hotel.
the gym was closed so i could not use it.
